Leadership Santa Rosa

The success of LSR, one of the nation's most vital and emulated community leadership programs, is due largely to the volunteer contributions of graduates who feel enriched by the experience and want to make it even better for future classes. Many LSR grads serve a term on the Steering Committee responsible for guiding the program, refining the curriculum, developing sponsors and providing liaisons to the planners of the 11 educational days. Some Steering Committee members are supporters of LSR who have not participated in the program.
