TLT Education

Each TLT class meets for one jam-packed day per month. On each of those program days participants are immersed in an issue or area of community importance: Criminal Justice, Business, Education, Environment and Agriculture, Government, Media and Communications Skills, Human Services, Planning and Development.

There is also a two-day retreat at which students focus on skill development that includes consensus building, goal identification, problem solving and team building.

TLT's eight program days are directed by a panel of community members, many of them graduates of Santa Rosa’s adult community education program, Leadership Santa Rosa (LSR).
