Students may apply
to TLT in the spring of their sophomore year. Application information
is available at all Santa Rosa public and private schools, and by contacting
tomorrowsleaderstoday.org, P.O. Box 1731, Santa Rosa, CA 95402, or

Selection of participants
is made through a competitive process that includes a written application
with three references and a 15–20 minute interview.
Tuition is $500 for those able to pay. Scholarships are available. Students are accepted into TLT based on their application and interview, not their financial status. Students are asked to contribute $100 toward their tuition.
